Echo - Lilo+Stitch Experiment

Echo, my own experimentation for Lilo & Stitch (I like that movie, so sue me).

Powers - well, I had some original powers for him, but now that I think about it they all seem like Jam's type of thing (Jam was an experiment that could jam signals with his excessively loud high-pitched screaming).
Blah blah, what do you think he can do? Shit with sound of course.
